Stress, stress and stress !. I have research about stress and Hans Seyle and his General Adaptation Syndrome. Hans Selye diveded General Adaptation Syndrome (GAS) to three simple stages, which are alarm, resistance (or adaptation) and exhaustion.
Alaram stage, the body prepares to flight or fight the stressor.
Resistance stage, the body tries to resist the stressor, if it can not resist, the body will adapt to stressor.
Exhaustion stage, if the body do not WIN, it will lose his HEALTH.
